We had enjoyed Ethiopian food previously but not in the DMV Area, we found this place on google with 4.9 rating and gave it a try. We ordered the Bole special which includes two steak dish and one chicken stew with three vegetable dishes for three of us, the portion was generous and we were not able to finish in spite of loving the taste thoroughly. The price is more than reasonable! It’s also worth mentioning that they also offer the gluten free injera (the thin bread you eat with the entrees ) and plenty of vegetarian choices. Last but the least the lady who served us was very tentative and friendly, with a lovely smile on her face all the time. Parking is super easy and the seating is kids friendly too. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the restaurant.
The food was incredible omg !! Hookah was so good in the second level! Amazing family owned restaurant!! First level they keep for a family friendly environment and dinner ! They are amazing ! And the drinks are very very tasty! We will come back for sure ! He talked to us about how they just opened and their plans to make this place even more amazing ! We are excited !

All the traditional fare your expect at an Ethiopian restaurant but in a very modern atmosphere. Delicious and fast and the server made us feel so welcome! I think we just found a new favorite place!
My meal was delicious and the staff really friendly... I would definitely eat here again! BTW... be prepared for a surprise game at the end of your dinner!
Fantastic experience, and glad they were open late! I came in after 9 PM and got great service, drinks were well prepared, and the food came out quickly and tasted delicious. I went a bit overboard getting doro wat (chicken red stew) and derke tibs (beef and onions and peppers). Both were top notch. The food is spiced, but not spicy, great for any palate really. You can really taste the flavors and the authenticity throughout. Definitely worth stopping again when I'm in the area.
We had a feast here during the weekend. The food was superb. Authentic taste of Ethiopia and we tried dishes that we have never heard of before like Meat and Veggies with Injera bread and FirFir. Will definitely come back again.
A wonderful meal, a friend brought me in and I was not disappointed! Food was amazing, service was as well! Worth a trip out to experience!
